John Carl Santos is a seven year old boy who was born with Cerebral Palsy. Despite his condition his mother Wilma Santos pursues her son’s education and at his first grade in school John received an award as first honor and now, as he is growing bigger, his mother cannot carry him anymore to school because he is too heavy. Mrs. Santos asked for help to obtain a Wheelchair that will be a great help with John Carl’s continuing education.
