Mrs. Francisca Operaña is 77 years old. Diagnosed Diabetic and with her condition she cannot walk anymore. Her son, who is taking care of her, asked for a Wheelchair so that he can bring his mother outside of their house and to Church, and to Hospital if she needed medical attention. She will not be carried anymore.
